Are Realtors too old to work with first time home buyers? I DON’T THINK SO!
Every year on Halloween the streets fill with little children and some not so little, dressed in all sorts of attire. Some are super heroes and others fairy princesses.
It’s that time of year when you can smell haggis on the wind and see old men with trusses putting on their kilt and heading for the 21st Annual Scottish Highland Games being held at the Tucson Celtic Festival.
Last weekend I set out to hike the Pima Canyon Trail. I have hiked this trail many times in the past. But this time I decided not to hike it, but to experience the canyon. It is amazing the difference in what you see with this change in attitude.
This is what I have energy left from this week. I just want to sit on a bench and wait for the lady with the candy to open the door.
Homes are often bought by companies when they relocate their employees. The listing is called “A Relocation” there are quite a few of these on the Tucson Market right now.
How does a huge supply of homes not translate into lower prices?
This question came through on the Tucson Real Estate in The News that I also author. The short answer; “Because Sellers won’t accept less.” This is true, but lets take a look at some of the reasons the current Tucson Real Estate Market isn’t like any other time before as we continue this series on Tucson Home Prices.
Now if there is anywhere you would think prices would be dropping rapidly it is foreclosures. After all isn’t that what has happened historically. Well this isn’t your father’s real estate market. Things have changed today. These changes are one of the reasons you will not see huge price cuts even in most foreclosure properties.
This is our 100th post on our 100th day of existence for Tucson AZ Real Estate. Please allow me to firmly place my tongue in cheek as I present a little satire on marketing homes in Tucson : )

This is a pretty little flower isn’t it. It belongs to the desert broom which grows along roadsides and all though out Tucson as well as other places. This little flower is responsible for people having allergies that have never had allergies before.
