note in sink don

This is our 100th post on our 100th day of existence for Tucson AZ Real Estate. Please allow me to firmly place my tongue in cheek as I present a little satire on marketing homes in Tucson : )
Taking a page from the old reverse psychology we are going to look at an [...]

Tucson Desert Broom

Desert Broom flowers

This is a pretty little flower isn’t it. It belongs to the desert broom which grows along roadsides and all though out Tucson as well as other places. This little flower is responsible for people having allergies that have never had allergies before.

Tucson MLS Now Allows 25 Photos

This past week we all got a message when logging in to the Tucson MLS that we could now upload up to 25 photos for a listing. Previous to this the limit was 10. This more than doubles the number of images we can include on a listing. All right for the statistically minded this is a 150% more images.

Tucson New Construction IS NOT The Real Estate Market

Tucson Home Sellers are you selling a home or hot dogs? Every week we see more and more headlines purporting the Tucson Real Estate Market is New Construction. I’m sorry for this myopic representation of Tucson Real Estate.

Tucson Home Sellers – Knowing when to Cheer

Go Resale Cheer Leader

Have you ever been to a football team and the cheer leaders were there to help you know when to cheer. Have you ever been to the taping of a television program and they told you when to make noise or clap?

Canadian Currency Increased In Value Against The US Dollar

AARP Fills Mailbox with Junk Mail

This post is for blog action day. “On October 15th, bloggers around the web will unite to put a single important issue on everyone’s mind – the environment”
There is a great new effort at Solar Power in Tucson and Southern Arizona, which is admirable and will probably be the topic of this post for [...]

Don’t Qualify for a loan – why not commit fraud?

committing fraud

I get some of the most interesting spam on Sundays. I don’t know why but that seems to be the day the really good ones roll in for approval.
Most don’t get a second look, but this one, this one I had a hard time believing. So with a little trepidation I clicked on [...]

Reid Park Zoo Fun Videos

I promised yesterday I would have a video featuring some of the animals at Reid Park Zoo.

Well it seems they couldn’t get together on the kind of music they wanted for their video so they had me make a couple of them. I made 7 of them before they were all happy, but we got it down to a final selection for all zoo and music lovers to pick their favorite style of MTV type video

Tucson Reid Park Zoo

I have been taking a much closer look at Tucson this year and decided with the cooler weather maybe it was time to see what the Tucson Zoo was like. I had no expectations to be dashed. I wasn’t expecting much. To say I was surprised or even pleasantly surprised would be an under statement.
