We bid the year 2007 goodbye. It was a good year despite what the media has done to make Real Estate the Domestic whipping boy for the year. We expect that mantle will not be passed on anytime soon in 2008. Tucson MLS Under Reporting Closed Sales by 7% Through November 2007

There are 810 sales representing 7% of the total sales for Tucson entered into the Tucson MLS which are not showing up in the statistics reports. This is through the first 11 months.
