Tucson Rain A Mini Monsoon in December
I take a lot of pictures of clouds. During the Tucson Monsoons season I get some really good images. The Big white rolling high thunderhead kind of clouds. I have a friend that said to me this summer, “You don’t see clouds very often do you?” That is true.

It really depends on where you put the the “is” doesn’t it. “Tucson is Ready for the Mortgage Pendulum” or “Is Tucson Ready for the Mortgage Pendulum.” Time will tell and it isn’t going to be long. The Mortgage Pendulum has swung past center and headed for the other side.

It is once again time of the winter 4th Ave. street fair, IT STARTS TODAY 10 AM to Dusk through Sunday. It is always a welcome event but even more so this year. Since there have been some street closures making it more difficult to get to the section of 4th Ave. where the Winter Street Fair is held each year.

I met Jim first as a commenter on this blog and then in person. He is a great guy and shot professionally as a Photographer for many years.
