Tucson MLS Statistics for November 2007
The Tucson MLS Statistics for November were finally released late afternoon Wednesday, December 18th. This is pretty much behind the rest of the nation and seems to perpetuate the notion that Tucson and the MLS are just a jerk water town. However, I have reason to believe this is about to change. We shall see if this holds true come January when we will see the December and all of 2007 Statistics report.

Sometimes what we want isn’t what we get. Sometimes what we get is better than what we wanted. I got a new Nikon D300 camera two weeks ago right after they came out. Since then I read a few pages of the manual find out more about the camera and go in search of test subjects. Sometimes they are clouds, sometimes, bees on flowers, yesterday morning it turned out to be hummingbirds. There were two of them flying between a bush and the bottle brush blossoms.

Tucson Rain A Mini Monsoon in December
I take a lot of pictures of clouds. During the Tucson Monsoons season I get some really good images. The Big white rolling high thunderhead kind of clouds. I have a friend that said to me this summer, “You don’t see clouds very often do you?” That is true.

It really depends on where you put the the “is” doesn’t it. “Tucson is Ready for the Mortgage Pendulum” or “Is Tucson Ready for the Mortgage Pendulum.” Time will tell and it isn’t going to be long. The Mortgage Pendulum has swung past center and headed for the other side.
