Maybe not life, but writing interrupted for sure by life. Yesterday turned out to be filled with many more events than were scheduled. My time to write was compressed to the point I couldn’t do the topic for today [...]
Tucson Real Estate 2007 The Buyers Revenge
There was blood in the water during much of 2007. A lot of that blood was due to unexpected sources. The House of Cards for speculators was collapsing and another source of blood was the market itself.

Tucson Real Estate 2006 Sellers Didn’t Get The Memo
The Speculators left the market in late 2005 but Tucson sellers didn’t get the memo. They thought it was just a pause, that activity would return and they would “cash in” on the next wave. Tucson Real Estate 2005 The Frantic Market
In Tucson in 2005 we saw real estate transactions being done so fast you would have thought the Tucson real estate market had gone to the day traders.
Prices were going up so fast no one could keep track and I remember some buyers having to offer $5,000 over asking price just to get their offer [...]
Tucson Real Estate Affordability
Affordability is the key to the turn around in the Tucson Housing Market. It is the key to turning around the real estate markets in the entire country. Property values shot up to high and very fast. For the past 4 years affordability had little to do with buying or selling a house in Tucson. Here in Tucson in 2005 we saw real estate transactions being done so fast you would have thought the Tucson real estate market had gone to the day traders.
Golf Time in Tucson
Some would say it is always Golf Time in Tucson. But if you want to know the best time to play golf in Tucson it depends on what you mean by “The Best Time”.
If you like to play on a budget then summer is the best time to play. Most courses after 4 PM will have a special rate. Summer rates are usually less than the rest of the year.
