Tucson Real Estate 2006 Sellers Didn’t Get The Memo
The Speculators left the market in late 2005 but Tucson sellers didn’t get the memo. They thought it was just a pause, that activity would return and they would “cash in” on the next wave. If you like to play on a budget then summer is the best time to play. Most courses after 4 PM will have a special rate. Summer rates are usually less than the rest of the year.

What do you see? Is this picture upside down? Are you sure? Perspective, perception and a lack of information can lead to faulty conclusions.
At first glimpse this picture seems to be upside down. It is not. This is exactly how it was framed in the camera at the time it was taken.
I will grant you it even fooled the software in the camera. It would seem software can only do what designers program it to do based on a series of “assumptions”.

Franky is Ready for Halloween
Franky lives in a box in our garage. Most of the year he lives in the dark surrounded by styrofoam peanuts.
For one month a year we let him out of the box and fill his head with chocolate. We love chocolate in our home. If we are going to give out candy it is going to be our favorites.
