U.S. home prices fell in October for the 10th consecutive month
Nice to see that reporters and those quoted for articles don’t let the facts get in the way of what they are writing.
I’ll do a little analysis here. We learned yesterday that homes with a significant increase in value over a long period of time are weighted down.

But does anyone you know including yourself take the time to find out what the data reporting criteria is for this report? Tucson is in the West – US Home Sales a Stunning Slide
We see a swing from -27.6% in the Midwest to +4% in the West. A difference of 31.6% in the activity from these different areas of the country. In case anyone might still be confused about where Tucson is located. It isn’t in the East, South, or Midwest. And this is a good thing.

Tucson AZ Real Estate Says Goodbye to 2007
We bid the year 2007 goodbye. It was a good year despite what the media has done to make Real Estate the Domestic whipping boy for the year. We expect that mantle will not be passed on anytime soon in 2008. But we will be here to help interpret and provide a guide to what the data actually says and the medias masterful representation of the facts to help sell newspapers and spread a Grinch like atmosphere across the country.
