When looking for a house to make a home it is more important to look at the bones of the house than it is the color of the walls, carpet and cabinets.

Most things associated with color can be changed. Granted the color of ceramic tile is harder to do ( I know, I’ve done it ) but painting walls and changing carpet are minor things to change compared to structural ( good bones ) issues in a property. Continue reading →
