April 1 2009 Pending Sales Up – No Fooling
It is the first of the month and I am always watching the closed sales being entered into the Tucson MLS system on the first day of the new month (and for the first week for that matter). Data for the March Report will be pulled Friday morning and once that happens there is a $250 fine for each late entry. There were a lot of late entries in February (Cha Ching). Continue reading
