It has been a very long time since I posted an Absorption Rate table. In Fact it was in March of 2010 when I published the Feb. Absorption Rates for 2010. Back then the Absorption Rate for all of Tucson was hovering around 9 months of inventory. In December 2011 it is around 5 months of inventory with some key areas in town just over 2 months.
Things have changed. Inventories continue to shrink in most Areas of Tucson. January 2012 is wrapping up and the January statics will be released in a week (or there about). So I’ll publish December for historical data.
