Boulder Canyon at La Reserve is a condominium conversion project about to enter Phase 2 of construction.
The remaining tenant leases are up in January 2008. Units can be purchased before then, but no renovations will be made until after these leases are completed on a unit by unit basis.

I have no idea how they came up with the 68 cents part of this. Could be they took expenses, divided by units and . . . $141 and 68 cents each month.

Visiting the area on 4/10-4/15 from NY. My son fgoes to U of A. We are thinking about getting a 2nd resiroom or dence. I am a realtor in NY as well. Do you have 3 bedroom units available?

Buyer Beware: The real Estate company that sells the condos also rents them to whomever they can find. They pack in 6 to 8 teenagers who have no reguard for any of the people that live there. Constant loud music, partys and mobs of teenagers roam the community all hours of the night. Complaints fall on deaf ears. If your looking for a place for your famliy this is not it.
