My favorite is one at Wilmot & Speedway, $232/sq.f. Sure, and pigs will fly, too. As wonderful as the location is, you can't sell location alone. Certainly not at these prices. I hope all these greedy converters who shrunk Tucson's somewhat decent rental market enjoy their creations for a loooong, long time! Which I'm sure they will.
