First, you get to talk to the people that own the homes and hear their story about the property and it's place in Tucson history. Second, and most important, you get to help fund a good cause supplying food for the needy and the shut-ins of the community. It is a fund raiser, but one with a little twist in that they don't sell you a raffle ticket for a toaster, they give a little of themselves and open their homes to help feed their neighbors in need. @concerned ;-) from the other blog – I think you get two things.
