That all depends, Dave. If the government tells you when it&#039;s coming, chances are they know when they&#039;ll bring it! It starts earlier and earlier every year and lasts longer and longer. I was digging for info about that recently because the weather here is getting more bizarre by the day. Sure enough weather modification&#039;s been going on in Tucson for a long time.
