I don’t use a smartphone either, however, I do use my laptop for search and there are a lot of free wifi spots around town. I’d suggest you ask around the neighborhood. I’d be surprised if you didn’t find a free set and get to meet some neighbors in the process.

I just moved to Tucson and am having the devil of a time locating a phone book. I’d like to have both white and yellow pages but since I don’t have a landline, I have to pay the phone company a ridiculous amount to purchase a book or go without.
