I’m reading this is the best season for Arizona Wildflowers in 30 years. I’ve been living here for almost 10 years and I’ve never seen anything like what I’m seeing this year. For me, it is amazing and breath taking. There is plenty going on in Real Estate in Tucson right now.

I’ll be writing about the February MLS Statistics this week.
Personally, it has been an incredibly challenging and busy week. I don’t remember having this many clients all at the same time as we currently have helping them buy or sell or both.
Taking time, even a few minutes at a time to freeze these moments in time and share them with all of you is special for me. Please allow me this indulgence it will be over soon.

Excellent photo. The desert is an amazing place to me, when you realize how much life is there, but isn’t always evident.
