Spring Fling At Rillito Park

This is the nations largest student run carnival.  It opened on Thursday and runs through Sunday evening.

There are over 30 different rides and booths.  Come on down for the spring fling carnival.

  • Admission: $5
    UA students with ID, children under 7 and military are free
    Friday Night Wrist-band night $20 for unlimited rides
  • Times:
    Friday 4 pm – Midnight
    Sat Noon – Midnight
    Sun Noon – 8 pm.
  • Where:
    4502 N First Ave.  Shuttles available from Old Main on campus and the Tucson Mall

Tucson Home & Patio Show

This begins today and runs through Sunday.

  • Where: Tucson Convention Center
  • Times: Fri. – Sat. 10AM – 8PM
    Sun. 10AM – 6PM
  • Admission: $8 for Adults ($2 off Coupons Everywhere)
    Children 12 and under FREE

Mobile Titanic Exhibit Tucson Mall

“Titanic Treasures from the Deep” is how it is billed. The exhibit will be the Tucson Mall 4500 N. Oracle Rd.  The tour will be held from 11 am. to 7 pm. Thur. – Sat. & 11 am. – 4 pm. Sun. Admission is FREE and include a photo of you and a guest.  For complete information go to www.tucsonmall.com

Oro Valley GOVAC Arts Festival

Oro Valley Festival of the Arts

This is always a premier event in Oro Valley.  There are great artist booths and a full venue of music through out both days.

Oracle Studio Tour

The Oracle Artists Studio tour is this weekend as well.  It is a short drive up Route 77 to Oracle.  Complete information on the event is at their website Oracle Studio Tour If you want to see some of beautiful country and some good art head up to Oracle on Saturday or Sunday.  You can catch a glimpse of what what it is like from our Oracle Photo Gallery Take a picnic lunch or enjoy some fine dining at the Oracle Inn Steakhouse.

Country Thunder Florence, AZ

Want to go a little more outdoors and country, head up to Florence for  Country Thunder USA at Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence.  This is a 4 day festival that started on Wed and will conclude Saturday night April 4.

This is the most expensive event of the weekend with tickets starting at $119.  For full information and venue check their website.
