Tucson Buffelgrass Wanted Dead and Gone

Tucson Buffel grass wanted poster
Tucson is still in the old west.   We have wanted posters in the newspaper.   Unlike the posters of old proclaiming Reward for the wanted suspect brought in Dead or Alive.   In this modern version of the poster, there is no reward for Alive.   Dead and Gone is the only reward.

Buffelgrass was originally introduced to help hold down erosion, but it has gotton out of hand and is now known as a “Noxious Weed”.   It is killing a lot of native vegetation by taking the water needed for native plants to exist.

So we have a Wanted Dead and Gone campaign against Buffelgrass.   For more information you can go to the  Buffelgrass Dead and Gone website.

I love living here in the Old West.

Hello am very interested in your noxious weed problem.By 2008 I am hoping to be living in Tucson , I am a qualified Bushregenerator from Australia & have had all my experience in the field, in remote areas. Will be looking for employment doing what I love , so if anyone out there can help me & point me in the right direction I would be very grateful!
    Kind Regards

Jody, You might try contacting someone from the Bufflegrass Dead and Gone website. It sounds like you have the qualifications they would be looking for.

    And when you’re ready to buy a house . . .
