Tucson Catalina Snow

We all woke up to snow on the mountains this morning.   By mid morning the sugar coating had melted off most of the Tortalitas and Catalina lower elevations.

I was out early and in mid morning to capture these images of a fleeting winter cold snap.   More evidence the rain and snow will provide the much needed moisture for an abundant wildflower season this spring.
