The 2008 Tucson Oktoberfest Update

The Tucson Oktoberfest started yesterday at Hi Corbet Field at Reid Park. It is sponsored by the Tucson Optimist Club and runs through this weekend.

Tucson Oktoberfest means Food

Tucson Oktoberfest will feature the tastes and sounds of Germany: bratwurst, sauerkraut, strudel, German beer.

Tucson Oktoberfest means Arts and Crafts

More than 100 arts and crafts booths will be available to browse, and kids will have an area just for themselves.

Tucson Oktoberfest means Live Entertainment

When:

  • Thursday Sept. 27 5-10 p.m.
  • Friday Sept. 28 noon-11 p.m.
  • Saturday Sept. 29 10 a.m.-11 p.m.
  • Sunday Sept. 30 noon-6 p.m.

Where:

  • Hi Corbett Field, Reid Park, 3400 E. Camino Campestre

Price:

  • $3, free to ages 12 and under
