Oleanders are a popular choice for landscaping in Tucson. It can be a bush, a hedge even a tree of sorts. It blooms long through the summer and is hearty against the heat. It tends to be a bit dirty and trashy but even the leaves it drops with flower petals have a beauty of their own.
