Tucson MLS Search - Full Bath or Total Bath
When it comes to search engines and searches the saying goes, “More is Less”. The more specific the search the fewer the results. The more criteria you enter the narrower the search but you might miss out on a great property by refining your search too much.
Then there are those searches where what you are entering isn’t what you entered because you didn’t know how what you entered was defined. CONFUSED?
Tucson Home 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths
I want to search for a home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I enter that in my search criteria for the Tucson MLS Search. In the search options you can enter numbers for:
- full baths
- three quarter
- half baths
- quarter baths
- total baths
Did you know in the Tucson MLS a bathroom has to have a tub to be a full bath?
We have a great home listed right now, It has two master suites and a junior suite. All have their own bathroom and there is a quarter bath in the hall by the kitchen. Four total baths, but only 1 full bath. The other two have walk-in showers.
Anyone searching for 4 bedrooms 2 baths will not return this home unless they entered total baths instead of full baths.
Hopefully this will help you find the Tucson Home you are looking for as your next home. Personally, I would much rather have a walk-in shower than a bath tub.
There are some great homes on the Tucson AZ Real Estate market. When searching select total bath instead of full baths. It is easy to weed out the ones you don’t want. This is better than missing the perfect home.
