Tucson Average Sale Price – By Area

Yesterday we said the old saying “Location, location, location” is still important even during a recession. It doesn’t matter what social media site or organization you participate in or how many modern gadgets you possess it is still all about location when it comes to real estate.
For Example: Santa Barbara California real estate could be a real bargain in another few days. Some homes there are already burnt to the ground. As many as 7000 others are threatened. We hope the fire is turned back soon and the number of homes destroyed limited. But if only one home were destroyed and it was yours there would be an impact.
Location is top, surrounding location is next (if all the ground around is burnt to a crisp and your home is spared it will still effect the value).
Yesterday we looked at Average and Median Sale Price For April 2009. I thought it would be helpful in light of that post to see how this breaks down by area. I don’t think I need to comment on it. The graph speaks for itself.
