We have a few days before the final number (as final as they get for reporting purposes) are in and calculated for the Tucson MLS March 2008 Statistics Report. But if you are curious like I am you don’t want to wait till the end of April to find out how things shaped up in the Tucson Real Estate Market during March.
It is shaping up to be better than February, 2008. Here is a quick snapshot taken at 4 PM today, March 30, 2008
Residential Closed Transactions 733
Averages:
- Listing Price: $275,101
- Sales Price: $263,208
- Price per SF: $140
This is better than February in all categories. The month isn’t closed yet. We might, just might see more than 800 closed transactions, but I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one. But I’m pretty sure we will break 750 easily.
