The Stock market on February 22, 2007, Tuesday of this week saw a loss on paper of 632 billion dollars in value in a single day. On Friday the Market closed down another 120 points on the Dow. Many people are at a loss as to where to put their money, some put it in the Bond Market. You might want to consider another market.
Tucson Residential Real Estate Market
- 2004 approx. 24% increase in value
- 2005 approx 32% increase in value
- 2006 approx 16% increase in value
That looks to me like about a 72% increase over a three year period.
We have seen a decrease in “Asking Price” over the last few months.
However, there is a steady increase in “Sale Price”.
I’ve never seen a loss of value in the Tucson Real Estate Market like we all just saw this past week in the Stock Market.
