The subtle questions are always the best. Did this come from a recent client situation, or just your own musings?
It came from a meeting in which the question was posed as one for a listing presentation. I’ve mused about it before, but not in a single sentence.
Well, I know a house that’s been on TARMLS for over a year now, with the very same price and the very same (only outside) pictures. I’d say this seller just insists on not selling it. Must be fun to show it off…;-)
Btw, Dave, something’s wrong with this blog… If it crashed only my browser at home, I’d think it’s my problem ’cause I always manage to breed viruses, but it’s crashing it occasionally at work, too.
Concerned, I haven’t heard of anyone till now having a browser crash from coming to the site.
If others are experiencing this would you please let me know.
