The Arizona Daily Star started the New Year with negative market predictions. For most of the county. One note, the West saw a 10.3% increase in sales. I like to compare our market to weather reports. You can't use Virgina forecasts to predict Arizona days. I think we are going to see a better 2008. Happy New Year.
