Tucson was appreciating at a 19% rate, but with the slow down from 3.27% to 1.01% we have only increased this year by 14.9%.  INCREASE BY 14.9% That is terrible news isn’t it.  The Tucson Housing Market Slows down to 14.9% growth for this year from almost 32% growth last year.
