Yes- taxes are definitely on the tops of people’s minds right now. Hopefully once they get their refund for the economic stimulus package, they will think about buying houses more!

I agree with you. It is much better this year than it has been in the past. The March numbers are encouraging to me.

We shall see what April brings. I’m seeing a real slow down this week as people seem more focused on getting their taxes done and in the mail. GO FIGURE!

It’s interesting that a few lazy agents can skew the data in such a way that it makes it not an accurate portrayal of the stats. At any rate, it does seem like the Tucson real estate market is gaining ground. I’ve seen it pick up a great deal in the last couple of weeks. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the April transactions will far outnumber March.

I see honest mistakes being made, but some are really glaring and hard to believe. However, what I really can’t stand is agents who wnter wrong information on purpose and then pass blame to their assistants later.
