We just received this in an email this morning.
I just received a notice that our home prices will be increasing by $5,000 on every plan effective the first of November.
I wonder if this will be the trigger for an increase in New Construction Prices in Tucson. Don’t forget the old saying “The Media is about 6 months behind reality.”

Never heard of them, but interesting… Apparently they build expensive custom homes:
The Valley’s housing slowdown hasn’t seemed to impact the high-end arena, prompting Scottsdale-based Nicholas Homes to make its debut in the million-dollar home market.

5K is probably a drop in the bucket related to their prices, but it’s still an increase…

Nicholas Homes are here in Oro Valley and priced between $300,000 and $450,000.
These are not high end market homes.
They are not custom homes either, they have a series of models just like other New Home construction builders in Tucson.

Good deal then!;-) Well, it all depends on one’s own situation…
Mine is still kinda up in the air, but I’m leaning towards thinking it’s good.:-)
