Two weeks ago when I was in Las Vegas for the REBlogworld conference someone asked me if I was doing any gambling while I was there. I laughed and said “I have a 401K I don’t need to gamble.” That was before last week.
Place Your Bets On What Will Happen Today
What is the gamble of the day:
- Will Sarah P be Joan of Arc taking on Joe B? Or will Joe, Joe, Joe, gently put this girl to rest in her quest for VP.
- Will the House pass the bill already approved by the Senate?
- Will the Lender promising docs last Friday actually get them to Title by this Friday?
- Will the muffin at McDonald’s be burnt?
- Will my tire with the nail in it have lost enough air I need to fill it again?
One thing I do know about today; this is the 500th post. Granted I merged from the Tucson Real Estate in The News blog a couple of hundred to get here, but I wrote them all. And I’m sticking to my story. Whatever happens today I’m going to enjoy that number 500. Tomorrow is another day. Will the Lender get the Docs to Title? Place Your Bets.

It is great to hear from you. I hope things are going well for you. The numbers will be coming out in a week or so.
The ones I’m seeing inside the system itself have 926 closed transactions as of this writing. The average sales price is down over last year as I said in yesterdays post. It will lead to a more stable market in the end.
