Dubbed by the Arizona Daily Star as FOOTHILLS “Last big development?” Paloma Ridge located in the Catalina Foothills where land for development is scarce may indeed be the last big residential development in the Catalina Foothills. The photo above shows the first two homes under construction at the site beside the saguaro cactus temporarily located together during construction.

One of the most interesting things about this project is the way Phase I was rolled out. Here is a quote from the information packet from A.F. Sterling,

Paloma Ridge Information Packet
All of the models floor-plans and elevations as well as a site-plan for phase I and II are in a packet released by A.F. Sterling.
To make it easy for those wanting to see this information at home without having to drive to Tucson or the Site sales office we have a PDF copy of the packet available on-line. The Paloma Ridge Information Packet is 7.73 meg in size meaning on a dial-up it could take some time to open. Once it is open you can save a copy of the file to your local computer for future reference.
Paloma Ridge is locate near The Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa and just down the road from the La Encantada shopping center.
