I have dogs too but they're not noisy...they just bark if someone outside rang the doorbell. This is also my dilemma when I moved out from my parents' home to find my own place. My first choice was a bungalow but the neighbor's dogs were noisy so I opt for an apartment. I left my big dogs at my parent's home but I brought with me my little chihuahua.
