Tucson Homes The View

I’ve been meaning to write a post on how important it is to consider the views outside the home when making your decision on which home to purchase. In many parts of the country views are not a consideration. Here they are HUGE! I’ve decided to let you see for yourself. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, consider this a 4000 + word post.

All four of these backyards are homes that were or are on the Tucson Real Estate Market. Can you guess which ones are sold and which ones aren’t? Can you guess which ones sold for more and which ones haven’t sold yet?

Have you ever gotten a landscape estimate for mountains and a golf course?

Wow, Dave, it’s not like you to be gone for a few days.;-) Couldn’t post a comment on the other blog (the text editor doesn’t show up at all). Hope everything’s OK with you.:-)

If you need a new outfit for the duck, just let me know.;-)

    concerned,

I hear you, I can’t believe I’ve been gone this long. We have had so many clients in town over the past week we are doing double duty. I’ve been in over 100 homes in the last week. It is slowing today, now I’m trying to dig my way out and back to writing. The MLS Stats came out yesterday and I’m working on those right now. I hope the duck is gone for this month, but we will see. : )

Glad you’re fine and business is good.:-) I saw the stats yesterday. You need the duck…

I’m still working on them, but NO DUCK this month. Last month absorption rate was 13.45 months, this month 11.22.

So more absorption, no duck, but I think you will like his replacement.
