We have over 12 months of inventory on the market in the TAR MLS system right now. What crystal ball do these folks (agents) have to call the improvement in market conditions in the spring? Fear is why the agents say wait. Right now agents have bad news for sellers, painful and frustrating news. But that news is not going to get any better in just 3 or 4 months. You are spot on.
