Due Diligence just got a little easier for those checking out a Tucson real estate property.
One of the things every prospective Tucson home buyer should do during the inspection period is to check with the governing authority on building permits, setbacks, floodplain status, assessments, etc.
This used to mean part of a day spent down at the various city or county offices checking things out. Now the city of Tucson has pulled a lot of the data you would want to be knowledgeable about into a single web site location.
