Tucson Real Estate Find Me A DEAL

As we search for homes in the Tucson MLS for our buyers we run across some properties which are very good deals.  They aren’t what our clients are looking for, but would be a very good property for someone looking to buy Tucson real estate.

We are looking at two ways to get these properties to those of you who might be interested.

Find Me A Great Deal

We have a page on site called Tucson Dream Home Finder This page is filled out primarily when buyers are actively looking for a home in Tucson in the next year or so.  You tell us what you are looking for and we set up a search in the Tucson MLS system.  When a property is listed that meets your search criteria an email is generated and detailed listing information is included for your evaluation.

In today’s Tucson market with some amazing deals coming available why not go ahead and fill out the form and see if there is a GREAT DEAL coming on the market which might be of interest to you.

Here is an example of what I’m talking about.  There is currently a Gated Golf Home in Oro Valley on the market for under $200,000.   It is a short sale so it won’t close quickly.  However, this is a rare find even in today’s market.

If you had a search set up for Gated Golf properties in Oro Valley under $200,000 this would have been sent to you.  As it is without a search set up you would never know a Gated Golf property was available for that price.

Our suggestion:

Fill out the dream home finder form and in the section at the bottom labeled: Other Specific Details or Requests: Put “Find Me A Deal”.  This will let us know you are looking specifically for a GREAT DEAL in Tucson real estate.

If you aren’t sure about the First box “Area of Interest” meaning North, Northwest, etc.  Just leave it blank or ask a question in that space so we can help narrow the area of Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana or Vail you are interested in.

Zillow has a feature on their site called “Make Me Move”  You can set the price of your property even if it isn’t on the market and if anyone is willing to give you that price you are saying you would be willing to consider an offer at that price.

This is the other side of the coin for buyers.  “Find Me A DEAL” might find you a great property at a price you never thought would be available.

Gonga Deals in Tucson Real Estate

The first question we usually get is “What is a Gonga”  It is deal that is almost unbelievable.

There are regulations about how much we can say about a listing which is taken by another brokerage.  Within those limits we can say something to the effect.

Gonga Deal in Oro Valley

  • There is currently a home in Oro Valley (Canyon Shadows Subdivision)
  • approx. 1558 sq. ft.
  • 3 bedrooms
  • 2 baths
  • 2 car garage
  • and a pool
  • listed at $195,000.

If this sounds interesting to you contact by email or phone (number in the sidebar at the top) for more detailed information.

The example above is a REAL GONGA DEAL not just an example.

I’ll be posting these “GONGA DEALS” when we find them in the Tucson MLS system.  I’ll also create a category for Gonga Deals meaning you can click on that category and instantly see all the gonga deals that have been written about.

There you have it, two ways to inform you of some bargains and deals in the Tucson Real Estate Market.
