I’ve just added a little text box in the sidebar to the right called “Tucson Real Estate Market Update” There are a lot of people searching for information about the Tucson Real Estate Market. Sometimes they land here on the home page. They might find one of the statistical posts on the page or a post about Franky being ready for Halloween.
Market Updates
Most days at the end of the day or sometimes early in the morning I check to see how many homes sold the previous day and what the current average sale price is for Tucson residential real estate. Since I write this on my desk calendar I thought why not at least give a quick brief look at what is going on daily. Right now 470 Closed Transactions $223,193 Average Sale Price.
There aren’t many sales entered into the Tucson MLS System on weekends so I’ll probably keep the updates to the 5 business days of the week. Right now it is just an idea I’m trying out. There might be some days I won’t have a current update. I will try my best to keep it updated daily through out the week.
This will make it easier to find this information than having to read all the posts and find those tidbit updates I include from time to time.
