The new builder, AF Sterling, has the townhomes back up for sale, pricing from 245k-275k. They bought the project out of bankruptcy for $3.1 million and are finishing off. There are 11 unfinished townhomes they have for sale and have not published their design for the remainging 100 or so lots. Thoughts?

@Emily - Yes, the project is unfinished. There are some finished units but there are a lot that remain to be completed or built, but it isn't an abandoned project that is sitting there empty, there are people living in the community.

We heard back in January that a new developer would be taking over the project. To my knowledge that has not happened yet. The site has been down now for several months.

They are currently off the market. We have been told they will be back on with a new developer but no time frame has been given.

We will post that here when it happens and they are once again available.
