Whats Going On At The Neighbors - want to buy some tires
We were out showing homes this past weekend. I had to snap this image of the back yard next door. The home in this shot is not for sale. Unfortunately home, where I’m standing to take this shot, is on the market. You know there are times when no matter how nice a home might be the property next door will lead a potential buyer to say, “Okay, I’ve seen enough, what’s next?”
That is what happened in this case and off we went to the next home.
If you live where this is no Home Owners Association HOA it can be hard to get the neighbors to clean up their back yard so you can sell your house. Therefore, it is good to know about potential issues with the neighborhood before you purchase.
In this case an old sign advertising tires being used as a privacy cover for the neighbors just seems to add to the ambiance of the whole experience, don’t you think?

I agree with this post. I owned a property once, and had renters who swore the neighbors on one side were too noisy. They reported hearing car doors opening and closing late into the night. We found out that the neighbors ran a car detailing business and were cleaning out cars, in the driveway and backyard area, for their clients. This activity went late into the night. There were several “employees,” and it seemed more like a celebration than a car detailing business.
