If we don&#039;t get enough rain we have some concern.  A couple of years ago Canada treid to take water out of lake superior and sell it to Japan.  Sounds funny but it didn&#039;t happen because the US won&#039;t allow it.  Honest I am not making it up. :)  The number one reason people have for not living in the twin cities is that we are the largest metro area so far north.  That means cold and in the Winter about 8 hours of daylight which gets old in a hurry and our long summer days don&#039;t really make up for it. :)</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We don&#8217;t worry about water here in Minnesota.
